八朔与文旦果实每个月采一次,测定不同部位的类柠檬素含量.1、八朔果肉的类柠檬素主成分是柠檬苷,9月达50ppm,果肉与瓤囊膜的no milin是8月浓度最高(20ppm与500ppm),以后急减之,种子中nomilin在10月,柠檬苷在11月达最高值.2、文旦除外果皮外所有的部位nomilin均比其他的类柠檬素多,特别是中果皮与瓢囊膜.瓤囊膜的柠檬苷与脱柠檬苦素以同样的含量变动.种子是子叶的类柠檬素显著地高于种皮,12月达最高值.3、文旦果实类柠檬素含量最高达200毫克,种子类柠檬素浓度虽高,但种子重量少,其含量比中果皮和瓤囊膜少,两种果实各部位都是nomilin高峰后一个月出现柠檬苷高峰.
