作为一所城市二级甲等综合性医院 ,根据客观环境和主观条件 ,认真审时度势 ,做出正确选择 ,向社区卫生服务转轨。在实施社区卫生服务转轨过程中 ,主要做了转变观念、进行医院结构和功能调整、建立家庭医生服务模式、以团队形式开展“六位一体”的服务、实行规范管理等工作 ,取得了一定的成效 ,得到了社区的认可。在此基础上 ,认真思考如何扬长避短 ,发挥二级医院优势 ,做好社区卫生服务工作。同时呼吁对社区卫生服务的价格体系、筹资与补偿机制、成本核算、人事制度改革等问题给予重视和解决
As a city class II A hospital, according to the objective environment and subjective conditions, carefully review the situation, make the right choices, and switch to community health services. In the process of implementing the transition of community health services, efforts were mainly made to change concepts, adjust the structure and functions of hospitals, establish a service model for family doctors, carry out “six in one” services in a team form, and implement standardized management. The results have been recognized by the community. On this basis, we should seriously consider how to avoid weaknesses, give full play to the advantages of secondary hospitals, and do a good job in community health services. At the same time, it called for paying attention to and solving problems in the price system, fundraising and compensation mechanism, cost accounting, personnel system reform, etc. of community health services.
