作为一所城市二级甲等综合性医院 ,根据客观环境和主观条件 ,认真审时度势 ,做出正确选择 ,向社区卫生服务转轨。在实施社区卫生服务转轨过程中 ,主要做了转变观念、进行医院结构和功能调整、建立家庭医生服务模式、以团队形式开展“六位一体”的服务、实行规范管理等工作 ,取得了一定的成效 ,得到了社区的认可。在此基础上 ,认真思考如何扬长避短 ,发挥二级医院优势 ,做好社区卫生服务工作。同时呼吁对社区卫生服务的价格体系、筹资与补偿机制、成本核算、人事制度改革等问题给予重视和解决 As a city class II A hospital, according to the objective environment and subjective conditions, carefully review the situation, make the right choices, and switch to community health services.
