目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染尿细菌培养及药敏试验情况。方法对135例Ⅱ型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染患者的尿液进行分离培养及药敏试验。结果病人尿液革兰阴性杆菌阳性率为67.4%,革兰阳性球菌阳性率为25.2%。其中大肠埃希菌阳性率41.5%,酵母样真菌阳性率7.4%;革兰阴性杆菌对头孢曲松钠、丁胺卡那霉素和妥布霉素的敏感率分别为91.2%、85.7%和70.3%,革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、头孢曲松钠和林可霉素的敏感率分别为79.4%、67.6%和55.9%。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染尿细菌对部分抗生素耐药;临床上应合理使用抗生素。
Objective To investigate the bacterial culture and susceptibility testing of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with urinary tract infection. Methods The urine of 135 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection were isolated and cultured. Results The positive rate of Gram-negative bacilli was 67.4% in urine and 25.2% in Gram-positive cocci. The positive rate of Escherichia coli was 41.5% and the positive rate of yeast-like fungi was 7.4%. The sensitivity rates of Gram-negative bacilli to ceftriaxone, amikacin and tobramycin were 91.2% and 85.7%, respectively 70.3%. The sensitivity rates of Gram positive cocci to vancomycin, ceftriaxone sodium and lincomycin were 79.4%, 67.6% and 55.9% respectively. Conclusions Type 2 diabetes mellitus-infected urinary bacteria are resistant to some antibiotics. Antibiotics should be used reasonably in clinic.
