本文论述的微带上变频器是在2GHz中继通信中作为微波集成发信机的发信混频部件。设计这种上变频器所要解决的关键问题是先要正确计算变容二极管的动态结电容,然后才能用普通的方法测定器件的微波阻抗。此外,还探讨一些设计中的实际问题。
This article discusses the microstrip frequency converter is used in the 2GHz relay communication as a transmitter and receiver integrated microwave mixing components. The key issue to be solved in designing such upconverters is to correctly calculate the dynamic junction capacitance of the varactor diode before the microwave impedance of the device can be measured in a conventional manner. In addition, some practical problems in design are explored.
