本文对1986年来儿童哮喘和喘支100例及健康儿童65例,采用间接血凝、酶标IgE和生物素/抗生物素酶标IgE三种检测支原体方法及酶标IgG检测军团杆菌Ⅰ型方法,进行了血清抗体测定。结果21%患者血清中有抗肺炎支原体的IgM及IgE抗体,达到或超过阳性(1:32)水平;7%患者血清中有抗军团杆菌Ⅰ型抗体(OD值≥0.5为阳性),而对照组未见阳性者。提示支原体感染与哮喘发作有密切关系.而军团杆菌Ⅰ型与哮喘关系不大。
