教育转型期小学教师角色认知隐喻的研究

新课改至今,小学教师的角色任务发生了重要转变,对教师角色的重新定位研究也有了新的突破。从隐喻研究文本的角度出发,对相关数据统计分析结果表明:教育转型不仅要求教师成为优秀的引导者与传授者,还对教师的教育教学研究能力提出了更高要求。因此,新的时代背景下不仅要从多元视角重新审视教师的角色定位,还要求教师自身要从多种途径提升专业水平,不断提高科研能力。 Since the new curriculum reform, there has been an important shift in the roles and tasks of primary school teachers, and a new breakthrough has been made in the repositioning of teachers' roles. From the perspective of metaphorical research texts, the statistical analysis of relevant data shows that the transformation of education not only requires teachers to become excellent leaders and educators, but also puts forward higher requirements on teachers' ability of teaching and research in education. Therefore, under the background of new times, teachers should not only re-examine the role of teachers from multiple perspectives, but also require teachers themselves to enhance their professionalism in various ways and continuously improve their research capabilities.
