调查苏州市220名健康儿童的铁缺乏和贫血患病率分别为30%,12.73%。从小儿个体有关因素,饮食习惯,父母及家庭环境有关因素选择了29项自变量,各变量经病例对照研究及多因素逐步回归分析表明,对儿童铁营养状况有重要影响的危险因素涉及多方面,如烹调炒具,小儿饮食,家庭经济收入,父母饮食习惯等。
Investigation of 220 healthy children in Suzhou City, the prevalence of iron deficiency and anemia were 30%, 12.73%. 29 independent variables were selected from the related factors, dietary habits, parents and family environment in children. The case-control study and stepwise regression analysis showed that the risk factors that had an important influence on iron nutrition status of children involved in many aspects , Such as cooking wok, pediatric diet, family income, parents and other eating habits.
