基于Fluent数值模拟软件,模拟了多元可燃气体在不同气氛(气体浓度、点火能量、初始压力)条件下CH4的爆炸压力峰值的变化规律。结果表明:加入CO气体后,浓度6%的CH4爆炸压力峰值增加22%,浓度12%的CH4压力峰值降低25%;加入C2H6,浓度6%的CH4爆炸压力峰值增加55%,浓度12%的CH4爆炸压力峰值降低64%;加入H2,浓度6%的CH4爆炸压力峰值增加22%,浓度12%的CH4爆炸压力峰值下降5%。当点火能量从1 J增加到10 J时,浓度9%的CH4爆炸压力峰值增加31%;当压力从101 325 Pa增加到1.5×101 325 Pa,浓度9.5%的CH4压力峰值增加24%。
Based on the Fluent numerical simulation software, the variation law of the explosion pressure of CH4 under different atmospheres (gas concentration, ignition energy, initial pressure) was simulated. The results show that the peak pressure of CH4 with concentration of 6% increases by 22% and the pressure of CH4 with concentration of 12% decreases by 25% with the addition of CO gas. The peak pressure of CH4 with 6% concentration of C2H6 increases by 55% and the concentration of 12% CH4 explosion pressure peak decreased 64%; adding H2, 6% concentration of CH4 explosion pressure peak increased 22%, 12% concentration of CH4 explosion pressure peak decreased 5%. When the ignition energy is increased from 1 J to 10 J, the peak pressure of CH4 explosion with a concentration of 9% increases by 31%. When the pressure increases from 101 325 Pa to 1.5 × 101 325 Pa, the peak pressure of CH4 with a concentration of 9.5% increases by 24%.
