水泵水轮机过渡过程仿真计算是保证抽水蓄能电站安全运行的重要手段。为研究和测试水泵水轮机过渡过程控制策略,设计并实现了一个模块化的水泵水轮机过渡过程半实物仿真平台。该平台采用研华工控机作为控制对象模拟可逆式机组过渡过程,利用贝加莱X20系统作为控制器,进行了不同控制策略下水泵水轮机过渡过程的仿真研究。结果表明,应用半实物仿真平台进行水泵水轮机过渡过程控制策略的研究,不仅成本小、风险低、实时性高,而且方便调速器产品的研发和调试,具有实际应用价值。
Simulation of Pump Turbine Transition Process Simulation is an important means to ensure the safe operation of pumped storage power station. In order to research and test the control strategy of the pump turbine during the transition process, a semi-physical simulation platform for the pump pump turbine transitional process was designed and implemented. The platform adopts Advantech IPC as the control object to simulate the transition process of reversible units. Using the B & R X20 system as the controller, the simulation research of the pump-turbine transition process under different control strategies is carried out. The results show that the application of the semi-physical simulation platform to control the process of pump turbine during the transition process has the advantages of low cost, low risk and high real-time performance, and is convenient for the development and debugging of the governor.
