在社会快速发展的背景下,企业之间的竞争更多地转向了人才和管理这两个方面,如何通过有效的途径获得人才并通过科学有效的体系来对人才的作用进行最大化的挖掘是目前我国企业尤其是国有企业需要重点注意的问题。而随着社会经济水平的提高,人才的获得和管理不再仅仅局限在获得生存的条件,更多的人开始把目光转移到追求自己喜欢和认同的企业和工作中。在这种情况下,企业的发展体系中便加入了一部分新的内容,即员工对企业文化的认同感。本文通过对思想政治工作与企业文化建设两者关系的分析来挖掘增强员工对企业文化认同感的路径。
Under the background of rapid social development, the competition among enterprises has shifted more and more to talent and management. How to obtain talents through effective ways and maximize the role of talent through a scientific and effective system? At present, the problems that Chinese enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises, need to pay attention to. With the improvement of social and economic level, the acquisition and management of talents no longer confine themselves to the conditions for survival. More and more people are turning their attention to the enterprises and work pursuing their own likes and dislikes. Under such circumstances, part of the new content is added to the development system of the enterprise, that is, employees’ recognition of the corporate culture. Through analyzing the relationship between the ideological and political work and the corporate culture construction, this paper explores the ways to enhance the employees’ identification with the corporate culture.
