本文用真空电弧熔炼法首次制备了 Ce2 Co17-x Alx 化合物 ,利用 X-射线和磁测量手段 ,研究了化合物的结构与内禀磁性。重点讨论了 Al原子在 Co次晶格四个不同晶位择优占位与Co次晶格磁晶各向异性的关系 ,其中 1 8h晶位对 Co次晶格各向异性负贡献起重要作用。
In this paper, Ce2 Co17-x Alx compounds were prepared by vacuum arc melting for the first time. The structures and intrinsic magnetic properties of the compounds were studied by X-ray and magnetic measurements. The relationship between the Al atoms’ preferred magnetocrystalline anisotropy and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of Co sublattice at four different crystal positions of Co sublattice is discussed. The 18 h site plays an important role in the negative contribution of Co sublattice anisotropy.
