以生产条件下采集的数据为基础,采用理论解析与统计分析相结合的方法,建立了角钢连轧的温度预报模型与切分孔轧制力模型。提出了采用离散化与函数拟合相结合的方法简化型钢轧制的工艺模型。
Based on the data collected under the production conditions, the temperature prediction model and the split-hole rolling force model of the continuous rolling mill are established by the combination of theoretical analysis and statistical analysis. A process model that simplifies the process of steel rolling by adopting a combination of discretization and function fitting is proposed.
