我們認为在葯房檢驗工作中要把增产节約搞好,首先是要从改进工作方法着手,其次是从廢物的利用方面去想办法。下述兩点是我們在增产节約中的一点体会: 1.在医院中,用于X光造影的25%碘化鈉注射液的数量是不少的,对于这种注射液的含量測定,我們过去是应用剩余滴定法去滴定的。該法是取样0.5g,加0.1NAgNO_3液40ml,,硝酸2ml,,搖匀后,加硫酸铁銨指示液lml,用0.1N NH_4CNS液將剩余的硝酸銀滴定,算出碘化鈉的含量。后来我們發現可用二氯熒光素为指示剂,以0.1N AgNO_3液去直接滴定时,便立即改用后者。該法取样0.25g,加水200ml,加二氯熒光素指示液
