应用酸性聚丙烯胺凝胶电泳(A-PAGE)对鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属19个物种进行醇溶蛋白电泳分析,19份材料电泳分离出75条相对迁移率不同的条带,均为多态性带。结果表明:①19个物种具有很显著的醇溶蛋白遗传差异;②聚类分析显示鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属物种各自聚为一类;猬草属的模式种Hystrix patula与披碱草属物种聚类在一起,而H.duthiei和H.longearistata单独聚为一类;③本研究结果与形态学、细胞学、RAPD和RAMP分析结果基本一致,鹅观草属、披碱草属和仲彬草属分别作为属分类等级处理是恰当的,猬草属的系统地位还有待于进一步的研究。
Nineteen species of Goosegrass, Elymus, Hystrix and Zhongbiancao were analyzed by gliadin electrophoresis using acidic polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (A-PAGE), and 75 The relative mobility of different bands, are polymorphic bands. The results showed that: (1) there were significant genetic differences in gliadin among the 19 species; (2) clustering analysis showed that the species of Aconitum, Elymus, Hystrix and Zhongbiancao were clustered together; Hystrix patula was clustered with Elymus species, while H.duthiei and H.longearistata clustered together. The results of this study were basically the same as that of morphology, cytology, RAPD and RAMP analysis. Grass genus, Elymus and Zhongbian genus are respectively treated as genus classification level, which is yet to be further studied.
