1971年以来,日本科技厅每隔5年就要对未来的科学和技术进行一番预测。1991年和1992年作的调查是第五次。第一批调查时间为1991年7月—8月,第二批调查时间为1992年1月,并将第一批的调查结果反馈回来,于1992年11月公布。调查表送到了近3000名专家的手中,内容涉及16个领域,总共1149个课题。科技厅询问了从1991年至2020年30年中研究和发展的各种可行性。
Since 1971, Japan's Science and Technology Agency has made some projections about the future of science and technology every five years. The survey conducted in 1991 and 1992 is the fifth. The first survey was conducted in July-August 1991, the second survey was conducted in January 1992, and the first batch of survey results was fed back and released in November 1992. The questionnaire was sent to nearly 3,000 experts in 16 areas covering a total of 1149 topics. The Office of Science and Technology asked about the feasibility of research and development from 1991 to 2020 in 30 years.
