本文用亚硝酸盐形成法和硫代巴比分酸法测定了肺癌患者、肺部良性疾患者及健康人血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平。结果表明:随癌变发生,宿主血清SOD活力逐渐下降,健康组与肺部良性疾患组相比,后者呈下降趋势,二者无显著差异(P>0.05);与肺癌组相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05).血清LPO水平测定结果表明:随病变进展,血清LPO水平明显升高,尤以癌症组为甚,组间有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。LPO/SOD比值随病变进展呈显著升高趋势,健康组和良性疾患组与肺癌组间均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。各组人群血清SOD活性与LPO含量间均呈负相关:回归方程,正常组为:Y=16.97-0.28x;良性组为:Y=16.68-0.20x;肺癌组为:Y=17.87-0.34x。随SOD活力下降,LPO水平升高。肺癌组呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。提示:SOD活性及LPO水平与疾病发生和发展可能存在量的关系。检测人血清SOD活性和LPO水平将有助于肺癌的诊断及治疗。
In this paper, serum SOD activity and lipid peroxide (LPO) levels in patients with lung cancer, patients with benign lung disease and healthy individuals were measured using nitrite-forming method and thiobaclocarpine acid method. The results showed that with the occurrence of canceration, the serum SOD activity of the host gradually decreased. Compared with the benign disease group in the lung, the latter group showed a downward trend in the occurrence of canceration, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the lung cancer group, There were significant differences (P<0.05). The results of serum LPO levels showed that serum LPO levels increased significantly with the progression of the disease, especially in the cancer group, with extremely significant differences between groups (P<0.01). The LPO/SOD ratio showed a significant increase trend with the progression of disease, and there was a significant difference between the healthy group and the benign disease group and the lung cancer group (P<0.01). There was a negative correlation between serum SOD activity and LPO content in each group: the regression equation. The normal group was: Y=16.97-0.28x; the benign group was: Y=16.68-0.20x; the lung cancer group was: Y=17.87-0.34x. As SOD activity declines, LPO levels increase. The lung cancer group showed a significant negative correlation (P<0.05). Tip: There may be a relationship between SOD activity and LPO levels and the occurrence and development of the disease. Detection of human serum SOD activity and LPO levels will contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
