全国律协原秘书长丁增祺同志,因病于2017年4月20日晚8时18分在北京天坛医院逝世,享年77岁。丁增祺,河北省涞水县人,1939年11月出生,1958年3月参加工作,1979年12月到司法部律师公证司工作,曾任司法部律师公证司(律师司)副司长,司法部司法协助局局长,全国律协秘书长、律协党组成员。听闻丁增祺逝世消息,司法部司法考试中心原副主任、全国律协原副秘书长袁江心情沉痛,有感而发,特以此文沉痛悼念丁增祺同志!
Comrade Ding Zengqi, former Secretary-General of the National Association of Chinese People’s Political Consultative States, died of a disease at the Tiantan Hospital in Beijing on April 20, 2017, at 8:18 pm, at the age of 77. Ding Zengqi, born in Lishui County, Hebei Province, was born in November 1939 and joined the work in March 1958. In December 1979, he worked in the Notary Office of the Ministry of Justice and served as Deputy Director of Department of Justice Notaries (Attorney General), Department of Justice Department of Judicial Assistants Secretary, National Bar Association Secretary-General, member of the bar association. After hearing the news about the passing of Ding Zengqi, former deputy director of the Judicial Examination Center of the Ministry of Justice and Yuan Jiang, former deputy secretary general of the National Association of Lawyers, felt painful and emotionally making a special tribute to Comrade Ding Zengqi.
