自密型高压橡胶软管接头(以下简称自密型接头)是最近研制成功的一项科研成果。它的基本原理是运用管内压力自行增强密封,彻底解决了由橡胶被过量压缩引起的各种弊病。通过高温、低温、挠曲、脉冲、拉脱力、爆破、耐压密封、老化、自密等各项试验,证明这种软管接头除具有优越的密封性能外,还具有重量轻、体积小、结构紧凑、连接牢固、通径大、流阻小、使用寿命长、用料省、加工简易、装配方便、接头可多次回收使用等优点。本文简要介绍这种新型软管接头的设计原理、结构特性和试验结果。一、设计方案高压管道连接,必须满足一定温度范围内的连接强度和密封性这两项基本性能要求。对于高压橡胶软管来说,还必须考虑接头对橡胶的压缩所引起的老化影响和弹性应力松弛等问题。
Self-dense high pressure rubber hose fittings (hereinafter referred to as self-dense fittings) are a scientific research achievement that has been successfully developed recently. The advantages of compact structure, firm connection, large diameter, small flow resistance, long service life, saving materials, simple processing, easy assembly, and joints can be used repeatedly. This article briefly introduces the design principles, structural characteristics, and test results of this new type of hose connector. First, the design plan High-pressure pipeline connection must meet the basic performance requirements of the connection strength and sealability within a certain temperature range. For high-pressure rubber hoses, it is also necessary to consider the effects of joint compression on the aging of rubber and elastic stress relaxation.
