本文首先分析了战略性人力资源规划的发展趋势,然后从人力资源规划、人力资源战略和战略性人力资源规划的逻辑顺序对战略性人力资源规划理论进行综述。研究认为战略性人力资源规划是随着人力资源管理理论的发展先后经历了人事规划、人力资源战略与规划单列到战略性人力资源规划三个阶段。
This paper first analyzes the development trend of strategic human resource planning, then summarizes the strategic human resource planning theory from the logical order of human resource planning, human resource strategy and strategic human resource planning. According to the research, strategic human resource planning has gone through three stages of personnel planning, human resources strategy and planning from single planning to strategic human resources planning with the development of human resources management theory.
