通过在锻造加热炉上安装水平往复式燃煤机,改变了加热炉的燃烧方式,充分考虑燃烧过程中的温度、氧量的有机调配,燃烧充分。改进炉体结构,加大炉气的路径和流出阻力,延长炉气在加热室燃烧反应时间、空间,达到消烟除尘、节能降耗的目的。
By installing a horizontal reciprocating coal-fired boiler on a forging furnace, the combustion mode of the heating furnace is changed, the temperature and the amount of oxygen in the combustion process are fully taken into consideration, and the combustion is sufficient. Improve the furnace structure, increase the path of gas and outflow resistance, extend the combustion furnace gas combustion reaction time and space, to smoke and dust, energy saving purpose.
