工程项目安全事故危险源辨识在建筑工程施工前,首先要对工程项目进行安全事故危险源辨识,造成事故的原因很多,归纳起来有四类:人的错误推测与错误行为;物的不安全状态;危险的环境和较差的管理。由于管理较差,人的不安全行为和物、环境的不安全状态发生接触时就会发生工伤事故。而在各种事故原因构成中,人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态是造成事故的直接原因,物的不安全状态和入的不安全行为在一定的时空里发生交叉就是事故的触发点。所以,预防事故发生的根本是消除物的不安全状态,控制人的不安全行为。原则上讲,只要人们认识并制止了危险行为的发生或控制了危险因素向事故转化的条件,事故是可以避免的。下面从人因本质和物态本质方面对其安全因素进行辩识与测评。
