异前列腺素是自由基和活性氧物质攻击细胞膜脂质花生四烯酸的稳定产物,是通过非环氧化酶催化产生的一族类似于前列腺素的外消旋化合物。它们除了是氧化应激特异性、敏感性的生物标志物外,E和F环异前列腺素还具有重要的生物学功能,而且可能介导它们作为氧化应激标志物疾病的病理变化。本文将对异前列腺素形成的生化途径,和他们的生物学功能以及异前列腺素与胎儿和新生儿的临床疾病的相关性作一综述。
Isoprostaglandins are the stable products of free radicals and reactive oxygen species that attack the cellular membrane lipid arachidonic acid and are a family of prostaglandin-like racemates catalyzed by non-cyclo-oxygenase enzymes. In addition to being specific and sensitive biomarkers of oxidative stress, the E and F cyclic prostaglandins also have important biological functions and may mediate their pathological changes as markers of oxidative stress. This article reviews biochemical pathways of iso-prostaglandins and their biological function as well as the correlation between iso-prostaglandins and clinical illnesses of the fetus and the newborn.
