著名酿酒专家、我国现代酿酒技术奠基人之一,第三届全国人大代表,第五、第六届全国政协委员,原轻工业部教授级高级工程师朱梅同志,因病抢救无效,于1991年6月4日下午2时在北京逝世,终年82岁。朱梅同志生于1909年9月20日,四川荣县人,后迁居新加坡。1932年至1938年先后在比利时国立酿造学院、法国巴斯德学院进修和工作,又考察了意、瑞、法、比、德、捷、奥,英八国的葡萄园管理和酿造技术。归国后至1948年,先后任烟台醴泉酿酒公司(现烟台啤酒厂)厂务主任兼酒师,张裕葡萄酿酒公司副经理,青岛啤
Famous brewing experts, one of the founders of modern brewing technology in our country, Comrade Zhu Mei, member of the Third National People’s Congress, member of the Fifth and Sixth CPPCC National Committee, professor level senior engineer of the former Ministry of Light Industry, At 2:00 pm on the 4th of January on the death in Beijing, at the age of 82 years. Comrade Jumei was born on September 20, 1909 in Rongxian County, Sichuan Province, and later moved to Singapore. From 1932 to 1938, he successively studied and worked at the Belgian National Institute of Brewing and the Pasteur Institute of France. He also studied vineyard management and brewing technology in Italy, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany, Czechia, Austria and Britain. After returning to 1948, he served as Yantai Liquan Wine Company (now Yantai Brewery) factory director and wine division, deputy manager of Changyu Wine Company, Tsingtao Brewery
