近年来,福建省机关事业社会保险局紧紧围绕事业单位改革和机关事业养老保险规范完善的需要,以“科学发展、以人为本”为指导思想,以实现群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益为目标,把苦练内功、夯实基础、加强管理、提升服务、增进和谐作为工作的重点,积极探索“八化”管理模式,不断规范运行机制,在业务推进、内控管理、能力建设、效能建设和信访服务等方面做了大量的关键性工作,在确保工作安全运行和健康发展的同时,显著提升了管理水平和服务质量,极大促进了和谐养老保险关系的建立,受到了参保单位和有关部门的充分肯定,也为今后机关事业养老保险制度改革奠定了良好的基础。
