通过对河南省13所共132名农村幼儿园教师进行关于学前一年教育课程与教学的问卷调查,结果表明:大部分农村幼儿教师认为学前一年教育在其课程内容、组织实施、生活服务等方面,应有其独特性和针对性,而非简单的如幼儿园大班或小学一年级要求;在对教材的编制、师幼比、幼儿的基本保育条件等方面诉求政府能担当其应有的职责。因此,建议政府在坚持补偿性和农村优先性原则的前提下,结合农村学前一年教育在课程与教学方面的实际需求,进一步完善农村学前教育投入体制机制。

It demands that the government can fulfill its due responsibilities in the compilation of teaching materials, teacher-child ratio and basic childcare conditions. Therefore, it is suggested that the government should further improve the system and mechanism of pre-school education in rural areas, combining with the actual demand of curriculum and teaching in rural one-year education on the premise of insisting on the principle of compensation and rural priority.
