为了减少大学生运动损伤及提高大学生运动兴趣,本文采用随机抽样调查法,对大学生体育运动心理障碍的成因进行了分析。研究证明,大学生在体育运动过程中有44%存在不同程度的心理障碍。在高校体育运动中加强对大学生生理、心理、健康卫生等方面知识的教育,对克服大学生运动心理障碍具有积极作用。而教师如何把握产生这些心理障碍的规律,准确诊断学生心理障碍的不同成因,并及时采取有效的治疗措施予以排除,对提高课堂教学质量、发展学生良好心理素质与意志品质以及预防伤害事故等,均有十分重要的作用。
