在变电站监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统中,应保证在双服务器的切换过程中上、下行报文不丢失,并在双服务器恢复正常工作后自动同步实时数据库和历史数据库的信息。在双网架构的变电站SCADA系统中,双服务器的双网交叉故障情况下系统如何工作是另一个难点问题。文中介绍了一种适用于变电站SCADA系统中双服务器的无扰动切换算法,该算法能确保在双服务器切换的瞬间不丢失网络数据报文和历史数据记录。重点讨论了服务器状态切换过程、双服务器各有一个网络中断时系统的运行情况以及历史数据库和实时数据库的同步问题。
In the substation monitoring and data acquisition (SCADA) system, ensure that the downlink and uplink messages are not lost during the dual-server switching and automatically synchronize the information of the real-time database and the historical database after the dual-server resumes normal operation. In the substation SCADA system with dual-network structure, how to work the system under dual-network cross-fault condition of dual-server is another difficult problem. In this paper, a kind of bumpless handover algorithm suitable for dual server in substation SCADA system is introduced. This algorithm can ensure that network data message and historical data record are not lost at the moment of double server switching. Focus on the server state switching process, the two servers each have a network outages when the system is running and the historical database and real-time database synchronization issues.
