光学相干断层成像是一种利用光学原理的血管内成像新技术,具有高分辨率及良好的组织相关性,对于识别冠状动脉内不同斑块具有很重要的意义,现就其在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的诊断及治疗中的应用做一综述。
Optical coherence tomography is a new technique of intravascular imaging based on optical principle, which has high resolution and good tissue correlation. It is of great significance for identifying different plaques in the coronary artery. The diagnosis and treatment of sclerosing heart disease are reviewed.
