目前,我国汽车工业呈现快速的发展趋势,汽车厂作为下游的核心企业,从分销、生产计划、物料采购,物流等方面实施了供应链管理,即基于汽车物料需求,汽车整车商向上游零部件供应商下达具有波动性的采购计划,物料部门实施供应商库存管理(VMI),再由第三方物流JIT配送到汽车组装现场的管理模式。我国汽车零部件供应商在设计、质量、产品交付等问题上,还存在很多不确定的因素,如何提高我国汽车行业零部件商生产计划管理水平已经成了汽车供应链行业聚焦的一点。现从汽车行业生产制造企业的特点出发,总结汽车行业供应链管理下存在的问题,最后提出相应的策略,为我国汽车零部件供应商提供相应借鉴。
At present, China’s auto industry presents a rapid development trend. As the downstream core enterprise, auto factories implement supply chain management in terms of distribution, production planning, material procurement and logistics. That is, based on the demand of automobile materials, The parts supplier has issued a volatile procurement plan, and the materials department implements supplier inventory management (VMI), which is then delivered by the third-party logistics JIT to the assembly mode of the automobile assembly site. China’s auto parts suppliers in the design, quality, product delivery and other issues, there are still many uncertain factors, how to improve China’s auto parts industry production planning management has become the automotive supply chain industry focus. Starting from the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises in automobile industry, this paper sums up the problems existing in supply chain management of automobile industry and finally puts forward corresponding strategies to provide reference for China’s auto parts suppliers.
