以聚丙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料为研究对象,利用自行研制的低频振动注射实验装置,实现振动注射成型和常规注射成型。研究了振动参数对注塑试样的拉伸强度,冲击强度的影响,并对试样进行SEM,W AXD测试。结果表明,在特定的振动工艺条件下,拉伸强度和冲击强度都得到了提高,拉伸强度的最大增幅为17%,冲击强度的最大增幅达到177%。
Taking polypropylene / montmorillonite nanocomposites as the research object, vibration-injection molding and conventional injection molding were realized by using the self-developed low-frequency vibration injection experimental device. The influence of vibration parameters on the tensile strength and impact strength of injection molded samples was studied. The SEM and W AXD tests were carried out on the samples. The results show that the tensile strength and impact strength are improved under the specific vibration conditions, the maximum increase of tensile strength is 17% and the maximum increase of impact strength is 177%.
