为进一步提高轴承沟道加工精度,延长使用寿命,我厂开展沟道滚研新工艺试验。试验证明滚研工艺对于提高陀螺马达轴承的沟道几何形状精度和光洁度是行之有效的办法。
In order to further improve the machining accuracy of the bearing channel and extend the service life, our factory conducts the trench rolling test. The test proves that the rolling process is an effective way to improve the accuracy and finish of the channel geometry of the gyro motor bearing.
