学前教育近年来已经成为我国教育发展关注的热点和重点,随着国家相关文件的出台,以及专任的幼儿教师和亲子指导教师需求日益旺盛的背景下。各地学前教育专业办学规模各一,培育质量良莠不齐。本文对目前学前教育专业建设现状进行综合考量,认为应从调整教学内容比重、改革技能考试方法、挖潜学生课下时间、制定训练及考核方案、调整课程计划、加强教师管理等六个方面采取措施以提升幼儿教师的培育质量。
In recent years, pre-school education has become the focus and focus of education development in our country.
