江泽民总书记在全国技术创新大会开幕式上的重要讲话中指出:我们必须抓住机遇,正确驾驭新技术革命的趋势,全面实施科教兴国战略,大力推进科技进步,加强科技创新,加速科技成果向现实生产力转化。对于水利来说,科技治水也是水利人一直做而且希望做得更好的工作。厅党组历来高度重视水利科技工作,几年来,我省水利科技工作亦取得了显著的成绩。在新的形势下,我们必须抓住机遇,加强技术创新,促进我省水利事业的可持续发展。
