人力资源,作为企业中的一个最为重要的资源,它的管理在现代企业中的作用越来越引起企业的重视,如何在整个管理过程中有效的提高人力资源的管理,如何有效的加强企业的人本管理,不管是对公司还是对个人都有着至关重要的作用。本文旨在通过对企业中人本管理的研究,加强企业在管理过程中的人本研究,使员工在特定的环境下能够发挥工作的积极性、能动性,为企业的发展做出最大的贡献。
