油脂是构成身体细胞的重要成分之一,也是人类获得营养的三大营养物质之一。油脂中脂肪酸占总质量的95%左右,饱和脂肪酸能够提供人体所需要的能量,但是过多的摄取容易造成胆固醇偏高。单不饱和脂肪酸可以降低血液中总胆固醇的含量,而多不饱和脂肪酸在人体内也发挥着重要作用,与人体健康密切相关。另外本文对于大豆油、花生油、橄榄油、稻米油、玉米油等食用油脂的成分及营养功能作以简单介绍。
Fat is one of the important components of body cells, and one of the three nutrients that human beings gain. Fatty acids in fat about 95% of the total mass, saturated fatty acids can provide the energy needed by the body, but excessive intake likely to cause high cholesterol. Monounsaturated fatty acids can reduce the content of total cholesterol in the blood, and polyunsaturated fatty acids also play an important role in the human body, and are closely related to human health.
