汽车翼子板拉延变形规律复杂,分析起来十分困难。本文基于Dynaform软件建立了翼子板的拉延工序有限元模型,进行了拉延成形数值模拟。结合文献和实际工程经验设置了相关工艺参数,研究了压边力和拉延筋的分布对汽车前翼子板成形的影响。结果表明,位于工艺补充面内的最小局部厚度为0.66 mm,减薄率为16.1%,低于20%,增厚率为-1.5%,低于2%。
Car fender drawing complex deformation, analysis is very difficult. In this paper, based on Dynaform software, a finite element model of the drawing process of the fender was established, and the numerical simulation of drawing forming was carried out. The related process parameters were set according to the literature and practical engineering experience. The influence of blank holder force and drawbead distribution on the formation of the front fender was studied. The results show that the minimum local thickness in the process replenishment plane is 0.66 mm, the thinning rate is 16.1% and less than 20%, the thickening rate is -1.5% and less than 2%.
