9月16日,人力资源和社会保障部等部门联合出台《关于进一步规范中央企业负责人薪酬管理的指导意见》。这是中国政府首次对所有行业央企发出高管“限薪令”。
On September 16, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other departments jointly promulgated the Guiding Opinions on Further Regulating the Remuneration Management of Heads of Central Enterprises. This is the first time that the Chinese government has issued a “salary limit order” for central enterprises in all industries.
