某生态园办公楼项目由南北楼和通过连廊相连的会议中心组成。南楼38.70m,北楼25.20m,中间设一结构缝将其分开,地下室连为一体,建筑结构存在多项不规则项,属多项不规则复杂建筑结构。结构设计采用多种计算软件对关键部位构件进行抗震性能化设计,通过性能化参数计算,找出关键构件薄弱部位,并对该部位进行加强,确保关键构件的抗震性能不低于结构整体抗震性能。
