“当前和今后一个时期,巡视工作要紧紧围绕党风廉政建设和反腐败工作这个中心,牢牢把握对领导班子及其成员特别是主要负责人监督这个重点,切实完成好发现问题、形成震慑这个主要任务。”这是中央对巡视工作提出的新要求,是巡视工作与时俱进、改革创新的总依据。落实好这一要求,不仅取决于监督者敢于动真碰硬的决心,还取决于打破传统体制弊端的勇气、提升善于发现问题的能力。习近平总书记强调,要适应形势发展,推动巡视内容、方式方法、制度建设等方面与时俱进。中央巡视工作领导小组要求,巡视组从实际出发,及时总结实践经验,深入探索巡视规律,拓宽发现问题途径,提高巡视工作的针对性、灵活性、有效性。
