目的:本文应用电镜技术研究了家兔移饲高原后,睾丸间质细胞在电镜下的超微结构。方法:实验动物分平原组,高原给药组和高原对照组。结果:高原对照组的睾丸间质细胞滑面内质网明显扩张增大,线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂甚至呈空泡状。高原给药组的睾丸间质细胞滑面内质网略有扩大,线粒体肿胀轻,嵴偶有断裂。结论:说明用药后睾丸间质细胞超微结构变化较少。结果提示,异叶青兰对低氧环境的睾丸间质细胞有一定保护作用,可使其功能改善。
OBJECTIVE: To study the ultrastructure of Leydig cells under electron microscopy using electron microscopy. Methods: Experimental animals were divided into plain group, plateau group and plateau control group. RESULTS: In the plateau control group, the smooth endoplasmic reticulum of the testicular stromal cells expanded significantly, the mitochondria swelled, and the sacral breaks even appeared vacuolated. In the plateau administration group, the smooth endoplasmic reticulum of testicular stromal cells expanded slightly, mitochondria swollen lightly, and zygote occasionally had a rupture. Conclusion: It shows that there is less change in the ultrastructure of testicular stromal cells after administration. The results suggest that C. heterophylla has a protective effect on testicular stromal cells in a hypoxic environment and can improve its function.
