讨论了六味地黄汤及其组方的水煎剂对正常小鼠血糖和肝糖元的影响。三补、山茱萸加丹皮和山药加茯苓可降低血糖水平;全方、三补、熟地加泽泻及山茱萸加丹皮可增加肝糖元的含量。对六味地黄汤对糖代谢的影响及其配伍机理进行了初步的探讨。
The effects of decoction of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and its formulation on blood glucose and glycogen in normal mice were discussed. Sanbu, Hawthorn, Jiadanpi and Chinese yam can reduce blood glucose levels; all sides, Sanbu, Rehmannia, Rhizoma Acorus, and Hawthorn, Jiadanpi can increase the content of hepatic glycogen. The effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on glucose metabolism and its compatibility mechanism were discussed.
