1基本条件 胶州湾属半封闭式内湾,潮流平稳,有多处淡水注入,基础生产力较高,特别适合以摄取底栖硅藻和有机碎屑为食的杂色蛤的栖息繁殖,所产蛤仔个大,肉肥,味鲜,是当地传统的大宗出口产品。发展杂色蛤人工育苗生产,具有得天独厚的条件。 试验场地位于近邻胶州湾的青岛市城阳区红岛镇海水育苗场,亲贝资源丰富。 海水通过涨潮纳入沉淀池,经高位池沙滤后作为育苗车间用水;处理后的海水取样检查原生动物很少,且都在10μm以下。
