在市建委的统一组织和领导下,我院与天津市第一建筑工程公司、天津市建筑材料设计研究所、天津大学等有关单位,参加了我市第一栋框架轻板住宅建筑的设计、试验和试制工作,取得了初步成果。 一、建筑设计 试验工程为一栋五层住宅建筑,由甲乙两种单元组成(图3、4、5)。建筑面积3,257平方米,平面系数55.4%,层高2.87米。 1.柱网。柱网尺寸确定为4.5×4.5米,主要是考虑:在贯彻执行《建筑统一模数制》等有关规定的前提下,适应单元和楼梯间平面布局的需要;采用双向受力楼板;减少墙、梁等建筑和结构构配件的规格,加快施工进度。 2.墙体。外墙采用加气混凝土条板
