目的观察并比较纤维桩核与铸造桩核在修复残根残冠的的临床效果。方法选取我院修复门诊在2009年1月至2009年6月收治的98例患者,共112颗患牙,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用石英纤维桩增强复合树脂核进行修复,对照组采用镍铬合金铸造桩核进行修复。随访36个月后,统计两组修复体的成功率,并做比较。结果观察组在36个月内修复患牙的成功率要明显高于对照组的成功率,两组具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用石英纤维桩核来修复残冠残根取得的疗效另患者满意,说明它是一种较为理想的桩核修复材料。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of fiber posts and cast post and core in repairing the residual canals. Methods A total of 112 patients with 112 teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to June 2009 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was reinforced with composite silica core Repair, the control group using nickel-chromium alloy cast post core repair. After 36 months of follow-up, the success rates of the two groups of prostheses were calculated and compared. Results The success rate of the observation group in repairing the affected teeth within 36 months was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of quartz fiber post to repair the residual crown of residual crown other patient satisfaction, indicating that it is an ideal material for post-core repair.
