实验结果表明,小鼠腹腔注射1.35,1.80及2.70 mg/kg体重的氯化镉24h后明显抑制睾丸~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷的参入,0.1mg/kg体重的氧化锗可以拮抗1.35mg/kg体重的氯化镉所致的~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷参入抑制作用。
The experimental results showed that mice injected intraperitoneally with 1.35, 1.80, and 2.70 mg/kg body weight of cadmium chloride significantly inhibited the incorporation of testicular 3H-thymidine after 24 h, and 0.1 mg/kg body weight of yttrium oxide could antagonize 1.35 mg/kg.
