通过对45钢基体表面等离子喷涂Al2O3-13wt%TiO2(AT13)涂层和Al2O3涂层进行对比试验。结果表明:涂层组织呈明显的层片状结构,并含有孔隙、微裂纹及未熔颗粒等缺陷,基体与粘结层以及陶瓷层与粘结层之间形成良好的机械结合界面;TiO2的添加使AT13涂层孔隙减少,致密度提高;AT13涂层与Al2O3涂层相比硬度较低,但其硬度分布的分散性较小;在相同的摩擦磨损试验条件下,AT13涂层比Al2O3涂层耐磨性更好。
The comparative experiment was carried out by plasma spraying Al2O3-13wt% TiO2 (AT13) coating and Al2O3 coating on the surface of 45 steel substrate. The results show that the microstructure of the coating is obviously lamellar structure and contains defects such as voids, micro-cracks and unmelted particles. The interface between the matrix and the adhesive layer and the ceramic layer and the adhesive layer form a good mechanical bonding interface. The addition of AT13 coating reduced the porosity and increased the density. The AT13 coating was lower in hardness than the Al2O3 coating but less dispersible in hardness distribution. Under the same friction and wear test conditions, Layer wear better.
