利用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备LiFe5O8铁氧体纳米粉末,采用化学方法合成盐酸(HCl)掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI)粉末,利用高能球磨法制备LiFe5O8/PANI纳米复合材料,用XRD、VSM及微波矢量网络分析仪对样品进行表征。结果表明,制备的LiFe5O8/PANI复合材料生成了某种顺磁性物质和少量的Fe2O3。与单纯的LiFe5O8铁氧体纳米材料相比,LiFe5O8/PANI复合材料的介电损耗和磁损耗均有上升,共振吸收峰也明显展宽和增高。
LiFe5O8 ferrite nanopowders were prepared by sol-gel self-propagating combustion method. Hydrochloric acid (HCl) doped polyaniline (PANI) powders were synthesized by chemical method. LiFe5O8 / PANI nanocomposites were prepared by high energy ball milling. VSM and microwave vector network analyzer to characterize the sample. The results show that the prepared LiFe5O8 / PANI composites produce some kind of paramagnetic substance and a small amount of Fe2O3. Compared with pure LiFe5O8 ferrite nanomaterials, the dielectric loss and magnetic loss of LiFe5O8 / PANI composites increase, and the resonance absorption peaks also broaden and increase obviously.
