课堂纪律管理是教学艺术的一项重要组成元素,有组织性的课堂教学是上好课的基础条件和保证。美术作为美育教育的有机载体,其在我国小学教育体系架构中占据着十分重要的发展地位。伴随着新课程教学改革的深入推进,新课标对课堂纪律的界定与管理提出了新的挑战,在此背景下,有关教育教学工作者如何优化美术课堂纪律管理,让学生在课堂活动中培养正确的行为规范,培养与发展自身的美术创造力,将显得尤为重要。
Classroom discipline management is an important component of teaching art. Organized classroom teaching is the basic condition and guarantee for good class. As an organic carrier of aesthetic education, fine arts occupy a very important development position in the system of primary education in our country. With the deepening of the new curriculum teaching reform, the new curriculum standard has posed new challenges to the definition and management of the classroom discipline. Under this background, how to optimize the disciplinary management of the art classroom and how to cultivate the students in the classroom activities? Correct code of conduct, training and development of their own creativity in art, will seem particularly important.
