本论文根据环境沉积物化学成分组成并结合高压涡轮导向叶片材料结构特点,选取多种槽液及工艺路线,开展化学法去除叶片气膜孔内沉积物工艺研究。试验结果表明,采用高压反应釜处理后再经碱液清理及弱腐蚀等后处理,经通针检测,可有效去除气膜孔内沉积物,金相检查结果显示,此方法对叶片无损伤。
Based on the chemical composition of environmental sediments and the structural characteristics of high-pressure turbine guide vane, a variety of bath and process routes were selected to study the chemical process of removing the deposits in the film’s pores. The test results show that after the high pressure reactor treatment and then lye cleaning and weak corrosion and other post-processing, through the needle detection, can effectively remove the film hole sediment, metallographic examination results show that this method leaves no damage.
