统计学是一门应用性、操作性很强的方法论科学,它的产生与发展始终与社会实际紧密联系在一起。随着社会主义市场经济的逐步建立与完善,社会对人才的要求也越来越高,其突出表现就是对学生能力要求的提高,从而决定了统计教学不能只局限于采用传统教学模式,单纯向学生传授统计专业知识.而应在要求学生掌握基本理论、基本知识的基础上,注重培养学生分析问题和解决问题的综合能力。 统计学是我校经济管理专业学生必修的一门专业基础课。众所周知,按照职业大学的培养目标,职业大学专业课课程设置和教学内容安排应坚持基础理论以够用为度,做到专业基础理论知识扎实些、动手能力强些。根据统计学在经济管理专业课程体系和教学内容的地位和作m,我认为在统计教学过程中,要特别注重学生综合能力的培养,追求的应该是一种“能力教育”,而不是传统的“书本教育”。下面根据笔者多年的统计教学实践,谈谈自己的一些看法。

With the gradual establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy, the social demand for qualified personnel is also getting higher and higher, and its outstanding performance is to improve the students’ ability requirements, thus determining that statistical teaching can not be limited to using the traditional teaching mode, Students impart statistical expertise, but should require students to master the basic theory, basic knowledge, pay attention to cultivate students’ ability to analyze and solve problems. Statistics is a compulsory basic course for students majoring in economics and management in our university. As we all know, in accordance with the training objectives of vocational colleges, professional courses and teaching content arrangement of professional courses should adhere to the basic theory of enough for the degree, so that professional basic theoretical knowledge solid, more practical ability. According to statistics in economics and management professional curriculum system and teaching content and status, I think in the statistical teaching process, we should pay special attention to the cultivation of comprehensive ability of students, the pursuit should be a kind of “ability education,” rather than the traditional Book Education. Following the author according to many years of statistical teaching practice, talk about some of their own views.
